Kim Norbury

Kim brings 30 years of extensive experience from her time as a legal assistant where she worked with clients on all aspects of Liquor and Cannabis Licensing, Municipal Permitting – including business licensing, Commercial Land Transactions, and project coordination. 

Throughout her career she has displayed determination and adherence with individual client care.  Kim joined the Rising Tide team at the beginning of 2022, and her efficiency, positive attitude, and comprehensive experience has impressed everyone she works with. “My goals with Riding Tide Consultants is to succeed in assisting with anything our clients need.” 

Kim knows how to see a project through from start to finish, on one project she opened a cannabis store from the application process including Provincial and First Nations requirements to being fully operational – including designing the store, hiring and training staff and opening a cannabis retail store.

Kim works remotely and lives in beautiful Kamloops, BC.  Kim loves getting outdoors, enjoying her beautiful home, and travelling to Mexico.  Her biggest love might just be the tremendously handsome Big Sky Windvane’s Man-Drake, or “Drakie” for short, her German Shepard dog.
