Susan Mander

Susan has been with Rising Tide for 15 years, and if you’ve visited a bar, restaurant, hotel, or private liquor store in Vancouver (or across the province, or in Alberta, or Ontario, or, well – you get the idea), you’ve probably sat in a bar that is licensed because of her hard work.  Susan is calm under pressure, genuinely cares about her clients, and most definitely knows licensing.  She’s always ready to help, takes pride in her work, and has clients call her year after year to help them out with new licensing projects. “I enjoy finding the right fit for our clients with their liquor licensing requirements and enjoy seeing licensing applications cross the finish line and clients are happy.”

Susan is a grounded and loyal team member.  Over the pandemic she completed the licensing work for the only new hotel to open in Richmond in 2021, a project that included 6 separate applications.

When she is not busy at the office she enjoys hiking, nature walks, a good movie, reading and cooking.
